What You'll Do: - Conduct high-volume outbound sales calls to generate new business
- Develop and refine territory-specific sales strategies to maximize success
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive long-term success
- Work closely with the sales team to implement effective closing techniques
- Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in Salesforce (or a comparable CRM)
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets
- Provide feedback and creative insights to improve sales performance
What We're Looking For: - 3+ years of inside sales experience with a strong track record of success
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
- Experience with high-volume outbound calling and strong time management skills
Preferred Skill: - Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
