PreSchool Teacher

Join our team at The Learning Garden Child Development Center in Bennington, NE as a Teacher for our PreSchool Class. This position requires expertise in early childhood education and working with children ages 3 to 4 years.

Must meet ONE of the following requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED 
• Have a Child Development Associate Credential (CDA) - preferred
• Bachelor's Degree or an Associate's Degree - preferred

Responsibilities include:

• Colaborative creation and implementation of age-appropriate lesson plans 
• Fostering a safe and nurturing environment 
• Facilitating cognitive and social development
• Communicating with parents about their child's progress.

The candidate must have a passion for working with young children, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team of educators.
