Our client is seeking a Full-Time Temporary Receptionist. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, managing front desk operations with efficiency and professionalism. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in office management tools. The Receptionist will support various administrative functions, ensuring smooth daily operations and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls professionally
  • Greet and assist walk-in visitors in a courteous manner
  • Sort, distribute, and manage incoming and outgoing mail efficiently
  • Handle and coordinate deliveries for multiple agencies as required
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception and mail area
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Prior office experience or clerical experience preferred; experience as a medical receptionist is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry skills
  • Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and office management is desirable
  • Bilingual abilities are highly valued
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy setting
  • Excellent phone etiquette, customer service skills, and professional appearance
  • Demonstrated ability to handle administrative responsibilities with accuracy and efficiency
