We are seeking an experienced and committed Director of Human Resources to join our dynamic and innovative organization The Human Resources (HR) Director is an integral part of the broader operations team that is responsible for helping to build and lead Project Harmony’s cultural initiatives aligned to our values, strategic plan and mission. This position oversees key aspects of human resources, including compliance, policies and practices, employee relations, total rewards, vendor management, technology and data analytics. This role will report to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) to ensure that HR operations are creating a safe and healthy environment for all employees.
